Any modern 64-bit distribution. Mark the file executable (chmod +x) and run it — no install step.

Is there a macOS build?

Not yet. The macOS builds are not code-signed or notarized, so Gatekeeper refuses to open them — shipping one would just hand you a file macOS blocks. It arrives once an Apple Developer ID certificate is wired into the release pipeline.
